Responsibilities include supervising daily workflow of clinical staff, managing supply orders and inventory, verifying and submitting invoices, training staff, enforcing OSHA regulations, supporting patient reviews, and performing chairside duties. Additional tasks may be assigned.
Qualifications & Skills include strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support clinical staff and anticipate needs. Professional appearance, computer literacy, and relevant certifications are required.
Requirements include Dental Assistant Certification, North Carolina X-Ray Certification, a high school diploma or GED, and ability to lift 15–20 lbs.
