Description
Lead the governance, classification, stewardship, and management of enterprise data assets.Develop and maintain data catalogues, metadata, lineage, and business data definitions to improve transparency and control.Establish and oversee data quality standards, monitoring frameworks, issue management processes, and remediation activities.Partner with Technology, Compliance, and Information Security teams to ensure effective data protection, access governance, and regulatory compliance.Drive the adoption of automation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance governance processes and scale data management capabilities.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with 10+ years' experience in a relevant role with significant financial services industry experience.Demonstrated success implementing and operating enterprise-wide data governance and quality frameworks.Hands-on experience with data governance platforms such as Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Alation, Atlan, or similar solutions.Strong understanding of cloud data platforms, metadata management, lineage, access controls, and data governance considerations related to AI.
