We’re Hiring – Customer Service & Order Coordinator
Klick & Shop is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Customer Service & Order Coordinator to join our team in Amman.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role. You’ll be involved in the full order process—from placing customers’ online orders and following up with suppliers to receiving packages, finalizing orders, and handing them over to clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Place and follow up on customers’ online orders
• Communicate with clients through WhatsApp, phone, email, and in person
• Answer inquiries and provide order updates
• Follow up with suppliers when needed
• Receive, open, check, and organize incoming packages
• Match received items with customer orders and finalize orders
• Prepare orders for collection or delivery
• Meet clients at the office and hand over their orders
• Collect payments and follow up on outstanding balances
• Handle day-to-day customer service issues professionally
• Maintain accurate customer and order records
What We’re Looking For
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Very good spoken and written English and Arabic
• Comfortable using computers, email, WhatsApp, and online shopping websites
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Friendly, confident, and professional when dealing with clients
• Reliable and comfortable handling customer orders and payments
• Takes ownership of tasks and follows through until they are completed
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, e-commerce, retail, or a similar role is a plus
