Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our CRM system, ensuring accurate data management, effective lead tracking, and strong collaboration across departments.
This role plays a key part in enhancing customer experience, improving retention, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and monitoring customer data and the customer lifecycle within the CRM system.
Ensuring data accuracy and quality.
Ensuring the correct distribution of leads among all sales team members.
Monitoring and following up on sales team performance through the CRM system.
Monitoring marketing campaigns and tracking their performance and results.
Preparing and analyzing reports and presenting key indicators and results to support management in making informed decisions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in CRM / Sales Operations.
Real estate experience is preferred.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Odoo.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Practical experience in Sales Operations and Data Analysis, with experience handling large datasets.
Good command of English.
