Job Objective
Your role as the Compensation & Benefits Officer is to assist in the administration of employee compensation & benefits programs and to ensure that the organization's compensation and benefits policies are competitive and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Your tasks will also include drafting and preparing employee agreements and NDA letters.
Main Tasks
- Prepare employment certificates and recommendation letters.
- Ensure employee personnel records are always up to date.
- Assist in the payroll preparation & analysis and keep all data up to date on Navision & payroll sheet.
- Oversee the induction and onboarding processes for new joiners.
- Prepare NSSF documentations for employees and coordinate with the NSSF representative & perform regular follow-ups with the representative regarding employee matters.
- Handle all leavers’ paperwork and follow up with IT regarding exit procedures.
- Stay up to date with applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits, and assist in ensuring that the organization's policies adhere to them.
- Handle the administration of employee leaves of absence, including processing paperwork and tracking leave balances.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Management, or any relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources-related areas such as Compensation & Benefits.
- Professional proficiency in Local Language and English required.
- Knowledge in Lebanese Labor Law.
- Knowledge in NSSF’s policies and regulations.
- Knowledge in MS Office: Navision, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Good analytical skills and experience with quantitative data collection.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication.
- Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create positive and dynamic work environment.
