BreakThrough is redefining PT. From our highly specialized physical therapists and individualized approach to patient care, to industry-leading continuing education and the most board-certified therapists of any practice in the area, you can be confident you're leading a team built on genuine clinical excellence.
Lead a clinic with a strong clinical foundation already in place. We're hiring a Clinic Director (DPT) for our outpatient location in Fayetteville, NC.
Our well-credentialed and accomplished team includes a board-certified Women's Certified Specialist, alongside expertise in pelvic health, dry needling, and sports rehabilitation. You'll lead a team with real depth across orthopedics, manual therapy, and pelvic health from day one.
Mentorship runs both ways here. As Clinic Director, you'll mentor your team's clinical growth through Evidence In Motion (EIM) while receiving your own leadership development and support — this isn't a role where you're left to figure it out alone. You'll shape budgets, scheduling, and growth strategy with real autonomy, and have a genuine path forward into regional leadership if that's the direction you want to take your career.
Build where you live, in a city investing in itself. Fayetteville is home to Fort Liberty and Methodist University, giving you a deeply rooted community to serve and grow within. Downtown is in the middle of a real moment — a Creative Placemaking initiative is actively reshaping the area with new public art, walkability, and an emerging arts district, alongside a wave of new restaurants and small businesses. As Clinic Director, your community outreach work isn't separate from your life here — it's the same community you're actually living in.
