Executive leader accountable for setting the strategy, direction and governance of health, safety and
environment (HSE) across all KFSH&RC hospital facilities in Riyadh, Jeddah and Madinah, including fire and
life safety and the fire protection systems that support it. Defines the enterprise HSE strategy and multi-year
plan, owns the integrated HSE Management System (ISO 45001 and ISO 14001), and directs the campus
HSE teams to ensure safe, compliant and resilient facilities for patients, staff, visitors and contractors.
Represents the Hospital before regulators, accreditation bodies and certification bodies, advises executive
leadership on facility safety risk, and builds a sustained culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
Minimum 15 years of progressive HSE experience, including at least 8 years in a
senior leadership role setting HSE strategy and leading multi-site HSE and fire and
life-safety programs, preferably in a large healthcare or other complex multi-site
organization. Proven record of leading ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 systems, regulatory
and accreditation engagement, and large technical teams.
Skills
Bachelor;s degree in Engineering (Fire Protection, Safety, Mechanical, Civil or a
related discipline), Occupational Health and Safety, or Environmental Science.
Master's degree (e.g., MSc in Fire Protection, Safety or Engineering Management,
or MBA) preferred.
