Role Description The Call Center Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls from patients and clients. This role involves answering inquiries about clinic services, scheduling and confirming appointments, updating patient information, and routing calls to the appropriate departments. The associate supports a positive patient experience by providing clear information, handling concerns, and following established protocols for service requests and follow-up. Daily tasks include using clinic systems to record interactions, maintaining call logs, and adhering to privacy and confidentiality standards. The position requires collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient communication and smooth patient flow.
Qualifications
