Role Description The Butler role at Projects Development (ProDev) S.A.L. is a full-time, on-site position based in Broummana. The Butler is responsible for providing personalized guest and resident services, including greeting and assisting occupants, coordinating daily requests, and ensuring overall comfort and privacy. Typical tasks include managing household schedules, supervising service staff as needed, coordinating meal and beverage service, and arranging reservations, transportation, or special events. The Butler also oversees the presentation and cleanliness of designated areas, monitors inventory for household supplies, and communicates promptly with management regarding maintenance or service needs. This role requires a strong focus on discretion, attentive service, and efficient coordination of day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Strong service orientation, with experience in hospitality, private households, or high-end customer service environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and discreetly with residents, guests, and staff.
- Proven organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities with attention to detail.
- Basic administrative and coordination skills, such as record-keeping, inventory monitoring, and liaising with vendors or service providers.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and respond calmly and effectively to urgent or unexpected situations.
- High standards of personal presentation and hygiene, and a strong commitment to cleanliness and order in all service areas.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on resident or guest needs.
- Prior experience in a Butler or similar role is preferred; relevant training in hospitality or hotel management is an advantage.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are considered a plus.
