About the Opportunity:
FinTop Consulting has partnered with a leading Retail FX/CFD brokerage to identify an experienced Business Development Manager to support its growth across the Arabic-speaking market.
We are looking for a commercially driven professional with strong knowledge of the Retail Forex/CFD industry, an established network, and proven experience in developing new business and building long-term client and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and industry connections.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and convert new commercial opportunities across the MENA market.
- Manage and grow existing business relationships.
- Conduct market research and identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of BDM/Sales experience, preferably within FX, CFD, FinTech, or Financial Services.
- Strong network and market knowledge across MENA.
- Good understanding of financial markets and trading products.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
