We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Dubai team and help expand our client base, develop strategic partnerships, and drive business growth across our target markets.
üåç What You‚Äôll Do
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand Neex’s presence in target markets
- Identify and acquire new clients, IBs, Affiliates, and strategic partners
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential partners
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets for growth
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients and partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
üéØ What We‚Äôre Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar commercial role within the FX/CFD industry
- Strong understanding of the Forex/CFD and online trading industry
- Proven track record in client acquisition and business development
- Experience working with IBs, Affiliates, clients, or strategic partners is highly preferred
- Existing industry network or market relationships is a strong advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, commercially driven, and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Good understanding of financial services and regulatory requirements is an advantage
