Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for GoSurv’s solutions. Daily activities include researching target markets, qualifying leads, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

- Strong skills in business development, and account management, with a proven ability to generate and close opportunities.
- Experience in market research, lead generation, and support strategic growth initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
- Previous experience in technology, SaaS, or innovative solutions sectors is highly beneficial.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and familiarity with the Saudi market are strong advantages.
