We’re hiring an Assistant Operations Manager in Fayetteville to work alongside management, coordinate team activity, and help daily priorities stay on track.
Support the Team. Improve the Process.
- Help plan daily workloads, schedules, and operational priorities.
- Monitor outstanding tasks and follow up on deadlines.
- Coordinate information and requests between departments.
- Support onboarding, training arrangements, and day-to-day team needs.
- Maintain accurate operational records, trackers, and reports.
- Monitor supplies, equipment, and routine resource requirements.
- Help resolve workflow issues and escalate matters needing management approval.
- Assist with introducing updated procedures and checking how they work.
- Prepare progress updates highlighting completed work and areas needing attention.
Leadership Can Start in Different Places
Experience in operations, administration, team coordination, customer service, or shift supervision is helpful. You may have organized a rota, trained a colleague, handled competing requests, or stepped up when your team needed support.
