Role Description
An Architect designs and develops building concepts, plans, and construction solutions. The role works with clients, engineers, contractors, and project teams to deliver functional, safe, and compliant architectural designs.
Key Responsibilities Develop architectural concepts, designs, plans, and technical drawings. * Prepare layouts, specifications, presentations, and project documentation. * Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, consultants, and project teams. * Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and project requirements. * Review construction drawings, materials, and project specifications. * Conduct site visits and monitor architectural work during construction. * Support project planning, design development, and construction documentation. * Manage design revisions, project timelines, and deliverables. * Use AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM*, or other architectural software. * Identify design and construction issues and develop practical solutions.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. * Relevant experience in architectural design, planning, or construction projects. * Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and architectural standards. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM*, or similar software. * Strong design, technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Good communication and project coordination abilities. * Professional, creative, detail-oriented, and organized approach.
