About TwigeoTwigeo is a full-service creative growth agency with offices in Stockholm, New York and Bulgaria. We are 50+ people from 22 countries, and we partner with brands like Duolingo and MyFitnessPal to grow through performance marketing. We work with game-changing brands who have digital products and services and we adapt fast to technological changes.
The way we concept, design and produce creative work is changing fast. We want someone who’s excited to explore what’s possible and help shape what comes next with us.
The AI Creative Designer role in actionWe're looking for a new generation of designer. You're a storyteller at heart, and your toolset looks different from the one designers had five years ago. You have strong creative judgement and aren’t impressed by an output simply because AI made it possible.
You've moved past just typing prompts into chat-based AI assistants. You build workflows, you connect nodes, and you have agents doing work for you. You’re comfortable building repeatable, node-based creative workflows in tools such as Figma Weave, FLORA, Runway or similar environments.
You know how to turn an idea into an ad that communicates. That creates a feeling, makes someone want to watch to the end, or gets them to click a button. And once it’s live, you want to look at the performance data to understand what worked, what didn’t and what to make next. Whether it’s motion, a static ad, UGC-style creative or a filmed brand piece, you understand visual storytelling and how to bring an idea to life.
You want to see what AI can solve for us, and you want to help shape that change rather than watch it happen.
What You'll Do
Who You AreWe’re looking for a creative designer whose medium now includes systems, models and workflows.
What we offer?
Does this seems to be something for you? Send your CV and a portfolio or reel!
If we move forward, we'll give you access to one of the newest tools on the market. Your task is to build a workflow in it, make an ad with it, and present it to us: the idea, the node graph and the finished piece.
We'd like you to start as soon as possible, or whenever you're able to. We review applications on a rolling basis, so don't wait.
