Role Description The Administration Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, responsible for supporting daily office operations and administrative processes. This role includes managing correspondence, scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing and maintaining physical and digital records, and preparing basic reports and presentations. The Administration Associate coordinates with internal teams and external partners, assists in logistics for events and business travel, and ensures supplies and office resources are available and properly documented. The role also involves handling document filing, data entry, and adherence to company policies and procedures to maintain an efficient and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling, document management, and records maintenance.
- Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, email and calendar applications, basic data entry systems).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and interact professionally with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work on-site in Amman, maintain confidentiality, and uphold company policies and standards.
- Previous experience in administration, office coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Familiarity with basic reporting, filing systems, and office procedures in a corporate or FMCG environment is beneficial.
