Follow up on unvalidated invoices by sending claims and maintaining a daily tracking report, including due dates, to ensure issues are resolved before the payment deadline and prevent supplier complaints.
Receive daily invoices for stockable goods and ensure that the quantities received and recorded in the system by the warehouse team match the quantities invoiced.
Validate accounting entries and reconcile supplier accounts, ensuring proper justification of outstanding supplier balances.
Reconcile and monitor all accounts related to the purchasing and raw material (RM) supplier processes.
Handle supplier discrepancies and resolve disputes in a timely and effective manner.
Prepare the monthly supplier accounts report and submit it to the Chief Accountant.
Update and maintain tracking reports, including supplier foreign exchange gains and losses and MB5S analysis.
