We're building Fika Jobs to change how people find jobs and how companies find talent. Using AI, we're making hiring more personal, intelligent, and efficient.
We're a small, ambitious team backed by some incredible investors, and we're looking for an Account Executive to help us bring Fika to the world.
What you'll do
- Own the entire sales process, from finding and reaching out to potential customers to closing deals and building lasting relationships.
- Work directly with the founders to shape our sales strategy and go-to-market.
- Get to know our customers, understand their challenges, and help them get real value from Fika.
- Experiment with new ways to reach customers, improve our sales process, and help us scale.
- Bring customer insights back to the product team and help shape what we build.
Who we're looking forWe're looking for someone who sees sales as a craft, not just a job.
- High agency. You make things happen. You don't wait for instructions, and when you see an opportunity or a problem, you take ownership.
- Competitive and ambitious. You love winning, set high standards for yourself, and constantly look for ways to improve.
- A natural relationship builder. You genuinely enjoy meeting people, understanding their needs, and earning their trust.
- A true owner. You care about outcomes, not just activities. You take responsibility from start to finish.
- Curious and resourceful. You love learning, experimenting, and figuring things out, especially when there's no playbook.
Experience in B2B sales is valuable, but your drive, judgment, and ability to get things done matter more to us than a perfect CV.
