Role Description This is a full-time, on-site مشرف موارد بشرية (Human Resources Supervisor) role based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The Human Resources Supervisor will oversee daily HR operations, including implementing HR policies, supporting recruitment activities, and coordinating onboarding and orientation processes. The role includes managing employee relations, handling inquiries and concerns, and ensuring fair and consistent application of company procedures. The supervisor will monitor performance management processes, support training and development initiatives, and maintain accurate HR records and documentation. The role also involves collaborating with management to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR practices.
