Envetra is a leading distributor of animal health medicines, food, and accessories in Lebanon. We are passionate about delivering health and well-being to animals across the country and are looking for an organized, reliable, and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations.
About the Role
The Warehouse Manager will manage daily warehouse activities, maintain accurate inventory, lead the warehouse team, and ensure products are stored, handled, and dispatched safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of products.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Monitor batch numbers and expiry dates, applying First Expired, First Out (FEFO) stock rotation.
- Ensure appropriate storage conditions for medicines, food, and accessories, including temperature monitoring and cold chain handling where required.
- Supervise, train, and organize warehouse staff to meet daily operational needs.
- Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Manage returns and segregate damaged, expired, or recalled products according to company procedures.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, security, and safe working practices.
- Prepare reports on stock accuracy, near-expiry products, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, optimize storage space, and reduce errors and product losses.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, stock rotation, and warehouse procedures.
- Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory management software/ERP.
- Ability to maintain accurate digital stock records, prepare inventory reports, and learn new warehouse and order processing systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, veterinary, food, or distribution warehousing is an advantage.
- Good command of English and Arabic.
