MOMAKI is looking for a motivated, professional, and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team!
We are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working with people, and can ensure an excellent guest experience while managing daily restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the restaurant team.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in management (minimum 2 years).
- Background in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Good command of English; Arabic is a must.
- Experience in Japanese cuisine is an advantage.
Candidates should preferably be based in Jbeil or nearby areas and able to commute to Jbeil on a daily basis.
