• BIM Technical Coordinator – MEP
• BIM Technical Engineer – Architect
• Junior Technical BIM Engineer – Architect
• BIM Technical Engineer – Electrical
• Junior Technical BIM Engineer – Electrical
• BIM Technical Engineer – Mechanical
• Junior Technical BIM Engineer – Mechanical
HIRING CRITERIA:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Arch/Mech/Elec)
• 3–5 years of experience for Junior-level positions
• 5–8 years of experience for Mid-level positions
• 9–12 years of experience for BIM Coordinator positions.
• Minimum 3 years of BIM experience is mandatory, particularly in technical detailing and shop drawings
• Construction or contracting experience is essential
