Job Purpose:
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. The role involves working closely with Product, Development, and Business teams throughout the design process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user-friendly web and mobile digital experiences.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing when required.
- Translate PRD and user product requirements into effective design solutions.
- Ability to maintain and contribute to design systems and reusable components.
- Ensure consistency, usability, responsiveness, and accessibility across designs.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders throughout product delivery.
- Use AI-powered design and research tools to accelerate ideation, exploration, analysis, and design workflows.
- Continuously improve designs based on user feedback, data, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience in UX/UI in the industry.
- Strong knowledge of UX and UI design principles.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
- Good understanding of responsive and accessible design.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in AI tools for design, prototyping, or productivity is preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI and digital product design work.
- IT or Design Background: Degree or professional background in IT, Computer Science, Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, HCI, or a related field is mandatory.

- UX Design: Ability to create clear, intuitive, and user-centered experiences.
- UI Design: Strong visual design skills with attention to layout, typography, color, and consistency.
- Figma: Proficient in creating designs, components, prototypes, and design systems.
- Mobile App Design: Strong experience designing iOS and Android mobile applications, including mobile navigation, interactions, responsive layouts, and platform-specific UX patterns, is mandatory.
- User Research: Ability to understand user needs and use insights to improve product experiences.
- Prototyping: Ability to create interactive prototypes to communicate and validate ideas.
- Design Systems: Experience creating and using reusable components and design patterns with a full understanding of the new design system methods.
- Responsive Design: Understanding of designing experiences across different screen sizes and devices.
- Accessibility: Awareness of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- AI Tools: Ability to use AI tools for ideation, research, content, analysis, prototyping, and design productivity, like Figma agent, Claude, and GPT.
- Problem Solving: Ability to simplify complex problems in critical cases and develop practical, industry-relevant design solutions is a big plus.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with Product, Development, Business, leads, and other teams.
