World of Business is looking for an experienced TikTok professional to recruit live streamers, support their onboarding, and manage their ongoing activity and development within our agency.
If you have hands-on experience bringing creators into a TikTok agency and supporting them after they join, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential TikTok creators through direct outreach, referrals, and creator communities.
• Explain the agency’s support, onboarding process, and expectations clearly to prospective streamers.
• Follow up with interested creators and coordinate their successful onboarding.
• Maintain ongoing communication with streamers, supporting their activity, consistency, and engagement.
• Review LIVE performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide practical guidance.
• Address creator concerns and coordinate with the relevant team to resolve account or operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment progress, onboarding, active creators, and performance.
• Support creator retention and encourage compliance with TikTok’s community guidelines and LIVE requirements.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience recruiting and managing TikTok LIVE streamers within an agency or creator network.
• A clear understanding of TikTok LIVE operations, creator onboarding, engagement, and performance metrics.
• Strong outreach, persuasion, relationship management, and follow-up skills.
• The ability to explain your previous recruitment results and your role in supporting creators after onboarding.
• Strong Arabic - English communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote role.
• Currently based in Lebanon.
