Cedar Talent is hiring on behalf of a leading multinational FMCG company for a Senior Financial Controller to join its Lebanon operations. This is a high impact, individual contributor role at the heart of the business, owning P&L performance and partnering directly with Sales and Marketing to drive decisions.
What you'll do
Own the budgeting cycle by building, updating and re forecasting budgets across the assigned scope.
Lead variance analysis of actuals versus budget, forecast and prior year, and explain the real business drivers behind the numbers.
Provide decision support through scenario modelling, promo and investment evaluation, and clear recommendations to management.
Build pricing structures end to end, from the cost base and margin build up all the way to shelf price.
Run price, volume, mix and margin analysis to protect and grow profitability.
Deliver sharp monthly P&L reporting and dashboards that highlight risks and opportunities, not just figures.
What we're looking for
5+ years in FP&A, controlling or financial analysis, with multinational or FMCG experience a strong plus.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling, which is very important.
Strong commercial acumen and a genuine business partnering mindset.
Solid grasp of P&L, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Fluent English, with Arabic an advantage.
