Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up on assigned jobs to ensure smooth operations.
- Assign technicians according to job requirements and scheduling needs.
- Monitor job progress and communicate updates to the relevant team members.
- Update the system with accurate job information and status changes.
- Maintain and organize job-related documentation and records.
- Ensure proper coordination between technicians and the operations team.
- Follow up on pending tasks and help ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.
- Support daily operational activities and maintain accurate records.
