We're looking for a Technical Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. You'll be the bridge between what the business needs and how it gets built — translating requirements into scalable technical solutions, guiding Product Owners, and serving as the go-to expert when production issues strike.

Own Incident & Problem Management
Collaborate Across Teams
Document & Improve* + Maintain comprehensive technical documentation (design specs, architecture diagrams, user guides) + Stay ahead of industry trends and champion best practices across the team + AI readiness- Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data, analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.

Reporting & Working Conditions
The position reports directly to the Technical Manager – Health Platform, with close coordination across the department and the wider company
Working conditions are standard for an office environment
Due to the nature of the role, extended working hours may occasionally be required to support incident resolution or critical project milestones
