Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Beirut. This position is responsible for supporting daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and coordinating training and development activities. The specialist will help implement HR policies and procedures, administer employee benefits, and support performance management and personnel matters. The role also involves responding to employee inquiries, promoting a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. Collaboration with restaurant management teams to align HR practices with operational needs is a core part of the role.
