Poyesis is a Paris-based web and mobile development agency building digital products for startups, SMEs, and large companies. We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who enjoys taking ownership of a product from technical design through to production.
You’ll work closely with our product and design teams, build across the frontend and backend, and help other developers deliver their best work.
What you’ll do
*** Design, build, and ship scalable web applications and APIs.**
*** Turn product requirements into reliable, maintainable features.**
*** Contribute to architecture and technical decisions.**
*** Improve code quality through reviews, testing, documentation, and CI/CD.**
*** Investigate production issues and improve performance, security, and reliability.**
*** Mentor developers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.**
What we’re looking for
*** 3+ years of experience building and shipping production applications.**
*** Strong experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, a modern frontend framework such as React or Vue.js, and Node.js.**
*** Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.**
*** Confidence with Git, code reviews, debugging, and production releases.**
*** The ability to communicate clearly, take ownership, and work closely with product and design.**
*** English proficiency; French is a plus.**
Experience with Next.js, NestJS, AWS or GCP, Docker, and mobile development is a plus. We also value thoughtful use of AI development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT.
