The company now operates 14 stores in prime locations across Lebanon, offering team members exposure to high-end retail environments and international brands.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Buyer role based in Hazmieh. The Junior Buyer supports the purchasing team in selecting and ordering fashion accessories and watches that align with brand guidelines, customer demand, and market trends. Daily activities include assisting in product selection, preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory and product data. The role involves collaborating with suppliers, store managers, and merchandising teams to ensure the right products are available at the right time and in the right quantities. The Junior Buyer also helps analyze sales reports, monitor competitor activity, and contribute to seasonal buying plans to drive sales and optimize stock levels.
Qualifications
* Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and inventory reports.
* Interest in fashion, luxury brands, and retail trends, with a good eye for product selection and customer preferences.
* Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple orders, deadlines, and supplier follow-ups.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with suppliers, store teams, and internal departments.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and other office software; familiarity with retail or inventory management systems is an advantage.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.
* Previous internship or junior experience in buying, merchandising, or retail operations is a plus.
* Ability to work on-site in Hazmieh and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
