Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Operations Officer to support the Operations Coordinator in managing and improving the daily functions of our training operations across multiple branches. This role is key in ensuring operational consistency, supporting course sales efforts, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. You will work closely with the Coordinator, instructors, and branch staff to help implement and maintain operational and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Coordinator in daily oversight of branch operations and sales performance
- Support the coordination of training courses, ensuring smooth scheduling and client follow-up
- Liaise with instructors to confirm course readiness and content quality
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for instructors
- Monitor data entry accuracy for course registrations, client details, and instructor assignments
- Help implement sales strategies and operational workflows across branches
- Follow up on performance metrics and prepare regular reports for the Coordinator
- Support interdepartmental communication and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and service efficiency
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in operations or sales support, preferably in the education or training sector
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and data management systems
- Understanding of basic sales and customer service principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field (preferred)
