DescriptionWe are Hiring a Cleaning Supervisor for our well know client.
experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations in 9 sites, manage custodial teams, and maintain exceptional hygiene standards across our client sites.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead cleaning staff, assigning daily tasks and managing shift schedules.
Inspect site areas regularly to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and machinery.
Train and mentor team members on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
Requirements3+ years of experience in professional cleaning, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills and communication in Hindi & English Language.
Transferable residency and must be in Kuwait.
