🚀 We’re Hiring | Staff Software Engineer (Backend & Cloud Native)
We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our Software Development Team at NeoRx on a full-time basis and contribute to building scalable backend and cloud-native solutions.
The Staff Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend and cloud-native applications using Go, Rust, Kubernetes, and microservices, ensuring performance, reliability, security, and code quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable backend services using Go and Rust.
- Design and maintain microservices and distributed systems.
- Develop REST APIs and gRPC services.
- Implement cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Develop event-driven solutions using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Integrate applications with databases and external services.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and scalability.
- Contribute to CI/CD, deployment automation, and operational excellence.

Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Academic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development.
- Hands-on experience with Go and Rust.
- Strong experience building and maintaining microservices architectures.
- Experience with REST APIs, gRPC, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
