About the Job:
To drive sales growth by delivering excellent customer service, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective product knowledge and consultative selling. Include identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Negotiating and closing deals with potential clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients
- Presenting products to potential clients
- Providing feedback and after-sales support
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Monitoring market trends & competitor activities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to understand customer concerns.
- Good skills in preparing repair orders, service estimates, and follow-up reports.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Good computer skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- English: Upper-intermediate level; Arabic: Good communication skills are preferred.
- A valid driving license is preferred.
