Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with QA/QC plans, specifications, drawings, and applicable standards.
- Review ITPs, Method Statements, Material Submittals, WIRs/IRs, and testing documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor contractors’ workmanship, materials, and testing.
- Manage NCRs, observations, corrective actions, and quality issues through closure.
- Coordinate with the client, consultants, contractors, and PMC disciplines on quality matters.
- Prepare/review QA/QC reports and maintain quality and handover documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
- Around 10 years of QA/QC experience in major construction/development projects.
- Previous PMC or consultancy experience highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ITPs, inspections, material approvals, testing, NCRs, and quality audits.
- Experience on large-scale mixed-use, commercial, residential, hospitality, or masterplan projects.
- Saudi/GCC experience preferred.
- Relevant QA/QC or ISO 9001 certification is an advantage.
