Role Description The Senior Financial Analyst (French speaker) will be a full-time, on-site team member based in Giza, supporting financial planning and analysis activities for assigned clients. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and interpreting financial reports and statements, conducting variance and trend analysis, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. The Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare forecasts and budgets, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Daily responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, identifying risks and opportunities, and presenting findings and recommendations in French and English to stakeholders. The role also includes supporting process improvements, maintaining compliance with relevant financial standards, and contributing to internal best practices.
Qualifications
* Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
* Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support strategic recommendations.
* Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
* Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English, with the ability to prepare and present financial information in both languages.
* Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CMA) are an advantage.
* Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and financial analysis tools, and familiarity with ERP or financial systems.
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively on-site in a collaborative environment in Giza.
* Demonstrated experience in a senior or lead financial analysis role, preferably within consulting or multi-client environments.
