About The Job Senior Creative Producer / Production LeadOur client, a leading name in the beauty and personal care industry, is seeking an experienced Senior Creative Producer / Production Lead to join their creative team. This is a senior-level, hands-on role combining project management with creative production leadership; independently owning a portfolio of Global Brand campaigns end-to-end, while also providing broader functional leadership across the wider creative production function.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project and production plans for a portfolio of Global Brand campaigns, from brief through final delivery and market rollout across photography, motion/video, animation/illustration, CG, digital, print, and retail POSM.
- Align Leadership, Brand, Creative, Digital, Regional Teams, Trade, and other partners on scope, deliverables, and deadlines, leading regular check-ins and decision forums.
- Lead art buying, PPMs, and shoot/production logistics end-to-end, including on-set/on-location supervision, postproduction, and vendor negotiations.
- Lead print and retail POSM production, translating creative files into production specs and managing proofs, samples, and quality control.
- Own project and production budgets, including forecasts, spend tracking, reconciliation, and vendor performance management.
- Co-own the Global Brand campaign and production master calendar with Creative Ops, maintaining visibility of capacity and priorities across the wider portfolio.
- Establish and uphold production standards, workflows, and quality expectations across campaigns and producers, providing functional leadership without formal reporting authority.
- Manage cross-campaign escalations and priority conflicts, driving resolution and ensuring decisions are reflected in plans.
Requirements
- * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience spanning creative production and project management, ideally within beauty, FMCG, or premium consumer brands.
- Proven ownership of complex, high-profile, multi-market brand campaigns from brief through final delivery.
- Demonstrated experience directly producing photography, motion/video, and postproduction, including PPMs and on-set/on-location leadership.
- Strong experience delivering print and retail POSM, managing printing houses, fabricators, and production vendors.
- Evidence of improving production operations through master planning, capacity visibility, and process/standards development.
- Strong commercial discipline in contract negotiation, budget planning, and cost control.
- Proficiency with Asana and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Fluent in English, Arabic is preferred.
