Responsibilities:
Own AI product strategy, defining the intelligence layer, key data signals, model outputs, and how AI capabilities are surfaced to users and clinical stakeholders.
Build and maintain model evaluation frameworks, including evaluation suites, quality metrics, safety guardrails, and continuous performance improvement.
Establish clinical data and expert feedback loops by working with clinicians and domain experts to translate specialized knowledge into structured training and evaluation requirements.
Partner closely with ML engineers on AI architecture decisions, including RAG systems, retrieval strategies, knowledge-base curation, and inference quality standards.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and relevant stakeholders to ensure AI products and outputs align with applicable healthcare, privacy, and data protection requirements.
Own the AI product roadmap, prioritizing and sequencing initiatives against delivery milestones while balancing speed, quality, safety, and clinical impact.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years owning AI/ML products as a primary responsibility.
Proven experience shipping AI features end-to-end, from data pipelines and model development to inference and user-facing product experiences.
Strong understanding of ML experimentation and the ability to interpret model results and make product trade-offs directly with engineering and ML teams.
Hands-on experience with RAG systems, LLM fine-tuning, knowledge retrieval, or similar AI technologies in production environments.
Experience working with clinicians, scientists, or other domain experts to translate specialized knowledge into model training and evaluation artifacts.
Strong understanding of AI safety, responsible AI principles, model evaluation, and quality assurance.
Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in healthcare or other highly regulated environments is a strong plus.
