We are looking for an experienced Security SME – ServiceNow CSA to provide expertise in security architecture, design, and implementation. Candidate must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise security environments and hold a valid ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement security architectures and solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Provide SME-level expertise across security architecture, design, and implementation.
- Assess existing security environments and recommend improvements.
- Develop and review security designs, standards, policies, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, network, application, and technology teams to implement security requirements.
- Identify security risks and vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support security assessments, audits, compliance, and risk management activities.
- Implement and integrate security controls and technologies.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
- Support ServiceNow-related security requirements, processes, and workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Security Architecture, Security Design, and Security Implementation.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, enterprise security architecture, and security controls.
- Hands-on experience with security solution design and implementation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Enterprise security experience in large-scale environments.
- Knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and industry best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow security modules and workflows.
- CISSP, CISM, Security+, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
- Experience supporting large-scale technology transformation or implementation projects.
