Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jal El Dib. This role focuses on identifying prospective clients, building and maintaining relationships, and promoting Fidelity’s insurance solutions to meet individual and corporate needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, presenting tailored product options, preparing proposals, and guiding customers through policy selection and enrollment. The Sales Specialist will follow up on leads, manage a personal sales pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy administration and customer satisfaction. The role also involves participating in ongoing training, staying informed about product updates and market trends, and contributing to sales targets and overall team performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation and active listening.
- Proven Customer Service abilities in managing inquiries, resolving issues, and building trust.
- Demonstrated Sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Background in Training or coaching, with the ability to share product knowledge and best practices.
- Experience in Sales Management or pipeline management, including forecasting and reporting.
- Knowledge of insurance products and concepts, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work on-site in Jal El Dib, with flexibility to visit clients as needed.
- Comfort using CRM systems and basic office software tools.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Ethical, detail-oriented, and motivated to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
