Position: Sales ConsultantAre you ambitious, motivated, and passionate about sales? Do you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and achieving targets?
Titans Agency is looking for driven and results-oriented Sales Consultants to join our growing team and develop a successful career in the life insurance industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify and acquire new clients through prospecting and networking.
Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team growth.
Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates.
REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales mindset with a target-driven attitude.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
Previous experience in sales, banking, or insurance is an advantage.
