Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Real Estate Agent to manage an allocated area in Beirut.
This is a commission-based role for someone who already knows the Beirut market, can work independently, and has a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- * Farm an allocated area to generate fresh listings
- Bring new properties to the market
- Handle client requests and follow-ups
- Conduct site visits with clients
- Negotiate and close deals
Requirements
- * Proven experience in Beirut real estate — you know the locations, streets, and market dynamics
- Own car and valid driving license
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proven record of handling high-value sales deals (not just any deal)
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Full-time availability
Work Arrangement
- * Remote for client follow-up and preparation
- On-site for client meetings and area farming
