Role Description
The Quality Controller position at Wooden Coffee is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Quality Controller monitors quality across the company’s branches, conducts routine inspections, and documents findings in accordance with company standards.
Responsibilities include inspecting raw materials and finished products at the branches, identifying non-conformities, and working with the Operations and Production teams to address quality issues. The Quality Controller also supports the implementation of quality policies, assists with internal audits, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves coordinating with team members to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene requirements and providing feedback to help improve workflows.
