-Role Overview:
The Early Years Assistant Teacher at Wellspring is an Early Years School Teacher in training. The ESAT helps provide effective and proactive PYP teaching and learning in an inquiry-based approach that incorporates clear learning objectives through differentiated instruction to students of mixed abilities and cultures. The Early Years Assistant Teacher is one who helps educate, care for, and inspire early years school students using a variety of teaching principles, methods and practices.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Early Years Education
‚úî Passion for educating, caring for, and inspiring young learners
‚úî Experience in IB programmes is a plus!
