We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a good background to oversee and deliver real estate projects in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects from design through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from planning and design through execution and handover.
- Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and deliverables.
- Review architectural and technical documentation.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and delays.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to management.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within real estate, construction, or development.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivered projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural/design and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bahrain-based candidates preferred.
Contract Duration: 6 months.
