Role Description The Preschool Teacher is a full-time, on-site role based in Aley. In this position, the teacher plans and implements age-appropriate lessons and activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Daily responsibilities include creating a safe and welcoming classroom environment, guiding group and individual learning, observing and documenting children’s progress, and maintaining open communication with families. The teacher collaborates with colleagues on curriculum alignment, participates in staff meetings and professional development, and ensures compliance with the center’s policies and health and safety standards.
