🚀 Job Opportunity: Power BI Developer - Mid-Level
Are you a data-driven professional who excels at turning complex data into actionable insights? We are shortlisting a Mid-Level Power BI Developer to join our team.
📌 Contract & Working Details:
- Location: Onsite (Jordan), with the flexibility and willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia during the contract period if required.
- Contract Duration: 12 months.
💻 What You Will Do:
- Translate business reporting needs into interactive dashboards, executive reports, and documented KPI definitions.
- Build and maintain robust Power BI semantic/data models, measures, and reports that align with approved business definitions.
- Prepare and transform source data, reconcile crucial measures, and investigate any data-quality discrepancies.
- Implement reliable refresh schedules, access permissions, and publishing arrangements within a governed environment.
- Hand over report assets and data documentation, and train client staff on utilizing the reporting outputs effectively.
🎯 Required Capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of relevant BI, reporting, or data-analytics development experience.
- Hands-on Power BI development expertise, including DAX, Power Query, and data/semantic modeling.
- Strong ability to query and reconcile data using SQL, explain joins/grain, and validate measures.
- Practical understanding of row-level security, permissions, and data governance policies.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with report users and document KPIs, going beyond just designing visuals.
