World Padel Academy (WPA) is seeking an experienced Padel Coach to deliver professional coaching programmes for players of varying ages and abilities.
The successful candidate will support player development, maintain high coaching standards, and contribute to the growth of WPA’s academies and programmes.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver individual, group, junior, and corporate coaching sessions in accordance with WPA standards.
• Assess players’ abilities and develop structured sessions aligned with their objectives and development needs.
• Support academies, camps, leagues, tournaments, and community events.
• Establish strong client relationships to encourage continued participation and long-term player development.
• Identify talented players and support their progression through WPA’s player pathway.
• Coordinate with venue teams on court bookings, scheduling, client feedback, and operational requirements.
• Promote coaching packages and programmes, and support promotional activities when required.
• Ensure sessions are delivered safely, professionally, and punctually, with appropriate care of courts and equipment.
Candidate Requirements
• Demonstrated experience coaching padel across a range of ages and ability levels.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to deliver structured, engaging coaching sessions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Playtomic, Padelmates, or similar booking and scheduling platforms.
• Fluency in English
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and across WPA venues as required.
• A recognised padel coaching certification is preferred. Candidates with a racket sports coaching background may also be considered.
