Responsibilities
- Write technical estimates and proposals
- Evaluate and scope client work
- Go through company email threads and answer client queries
- Quote clients, asking scoping questions
- Route client requests to the appropriate team/department
- Troubleshoot client issues and customer service problems
Requirements
- Strong writing and speaking skills
- Ability to handle multiple emails and multiple inboxes
- Knows how to prioritize and target emails, identifying urgent ones
- Knows how to use the relevant tools
- Ability to make clients feel calm and reassured, especially when frustrated
- Ability to sell additional services while keeping the conversation focused on one service
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client threads simultaneously
- Comfortable working under time pressure to deliver quick response times
- Basic understanding of quoting/pricing processes or willingness to learn
