About Role:
Technical Project Manager to lead projects, coordinate technical teams, and ensure successful project delivery.
Location: Sheraton, Cairo
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Odoo implementation, customization, and integration projects from planning to delivery.
- Review technical solutions and ensure the quality of Odoo customizations and integrations.
- Lead and coordinate Odoo Developers and Functional Consultants, including task allocation and Sprint planning.
- Monitor project progress, resolve blockers, and ensure effective communication between teams.
- Manage project scope, SOWs, Change Requests, timelines, and client deliverables.
- Maintain effective communication and professional relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in Odoo Project Management or Odoo implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Odoo architecture, including Modules, ORM, Views, and Customizations.
- Experience managing Developers and Functional Consultants.
- Experience with Odoo integrations and third-party systems.
- Strong project management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SOWs, Change Requests, and client management.
